Vanessa is an excellent content designer. We worked on a complicated project and she took the time to understand the subject matter and users to figure out the best way of communicating the right messages. There was a lot of context switching between what I call ‘traditional’ content design and UX content design for services and she handled that brilliantly. Working really closely with the researcher, service designer and engineers on the team to come up with the right workflows to iterate content to respond quickly to testing. Vanessa’s role of Copy Lead covered high-level and detailed planning over an 8 month schedule of work, plus the delivery of copy for both the online and offline project needs. Vanessa worked closely (gaining full respect) with key stakeholders and the project Design Lead, assimilating the tone of voice and brand.
